How are deliveries processed?

Most of our deliveries are handled by our dedicated Delivery Team.

How should I pay for my order?

We recommend you pay via Mobile Money, Credit Card, or Cash on Delivery to take advantage of our Buyer Protection Program.

What is the standard delivery time?

Standard delivery time is within 24 hours (same day) to 4 days; however, this may vary by location and product. Delivery times are usually indicated on the product detail page.

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This Order ID was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you received. Track your Order

How do I place an order?

To place your order, select the item(s) you wish to purchase and click the BUY NOW button. Then, proceed to the checkout page where you must fill in your personal information and pay for the order. Make sure to double-check that you have filled in your details correctly to ensure you receive all the necessary info and that your order is delivered without any complications.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to register for an account to place an order. You can use the ‘Guest Checkout’ option as a casual user.

Having an account is not essential as you can select Checkout as Guest to complete an order without logging in. Any orders placed as a guest require you to manually enter your address and payment information, which will not be saved for future reference.
